Processing Time

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat rate shipping charge for all orders within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping (2-6 business days): $9.50

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or inclement weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • Orders to certain remote areas may take longer to arrive.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eternal Form is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@eternalform.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
